I did not have a chance to watch this game, and I am not sure of how things played out, but looking at the box score and knowing what I know regarding the team, I think it is time to pick and stick with a QB.  What I mean is, let Heaps sit for a year and learn college football.  He does not have the skills yet, and does not know how to be a leader.  The team struggles in the second half and that is where Nelson can help the team, BYU just needs to give him the ropes to do so.
